1. Ce qu'est cette application
« Germico Tableau financier » est un outil interne de consultation financière, développé et exploité par Germico pour son propre usage. Il lit les données comptables de Germico dans QuickBooks Online et les présente sous forme de tableau de bord.
Cette application n'est pas offerte au public, n'est pas vendue, n'est pas distribuée, et ne traite les données d'aucune autre entreprise que Germico.
2. Qui peut l'utiliser
L'accès est réservé aux dirigeants et employés autorisés de Germico. Aucun compte n'est ouvert à des tiers. L'accès est retiré dès qu'une personne cesse d'être autorisée.
3. Licence
Germico accorde à ses utilisateurs autorisés un droit d'utilisation limité, personnel, non exclusif, non transférable et révocable en tout temps, aux seules fins de consultation interne. Toute reproduction, redistribution, revente ou ingénierie inverse est interdite.
4. Portée d'accès aux données
L'application accède à QuickBooks Online en lecture seule. Elle ne crée, ne modifie et ne supprime aucune donnée comptable. La tenue de livres et la facturation demeurent effectuées directement dans QuickBooks par le personnel comptable de Germico.
5. Disponibilité
L'application est fournie « telle quelle », sans garantie de disponibilité continue. Elle dépend de services tiers — notamment l'API d'Intuit — dont Germico ne contrôle pas la disponibilité.
6. Absence de garantie et limitation de responsabilité
Les chiffres affichés sont des extractions et des calculs dérivés de QuickBooks. Ils ne constituent ni des états financiers vérifiés, ni un avis comptable, fiscal ou financier. En cas d'écart, les registres tenus dans QuickBooks font foi.
Dans la mesure permise par la loi, Germico n'assume aucune responsabilité pour les décisions prises sur la base de l'information affichée.
7. Modification et résiliation
Germico peut modifier ces conditions ou cesser d'exploiter l'application en tout temps, sans préavis.
8. Droit applicable
Les présentes conditions sont régies par les lois applicables dans la province de Québec et les lois du Canada qui s'y appliquent.

Terms of Use — Germico Financial Dashboard
1. What this application is
“Germico Tableau financier” (Germico Financial Dashboard) is an internal financial reporting tool built and operated by Germico for its own use. It reads Germico's own accounting data from QuickBooks Online and presents it as a dashboard.
This application is not offered to the public, is not sold or distributed, and processes no company's data other than Germico's own.
2. Who may use it
Access is restricted to authorized officers and employees of Germico. No third-party accounts exist. Access is revoked as soon as a person ceases to be authorized.
3. Licence
Germico grants its authorized users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the application for internal reporting purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, resale and reverse engineering are prohibited.
4. Data access scope
The application accesses QuickBooks Online on a read-only basis. It creates, modifies and deletes no accounting records. Bookkeeping and invoicing continue to be performed directly in QuickBooks by Germico's accounting staff.
5. Availability
The application is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability. It depends on third-party services, including Intuit's API, whose availability Germico does not control.
6. No warranty and limitation of liability
Figures shown are extractions and derived calculations from QuickBooks. They are not audited financial statements, nor accounting, tax or financial advice. Where figures differ, the records held in QuickBooks govern.
To the extent permitted by law, Germico accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of the information displayed.
7. Changes and termination
Germico may amend these terms or discontinue the application at any time, without notice.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
